HOA Responsibilties

HOA Manages community common areas, common area landscaping & front lawns, upholds community standards, as well as maintains the pool.

Resident Responsibilities

Resident properties, including the structure is their responsibility. Abide by polices for modifying anything structural, including plants and color pallets.

Occupancy

LCS HOA does not permit short-term rentals, vacation rentals or the likes of "AirBnB" style renting. 7 lots TOTAL may be rentals, each to be approved by HOA.

Pets

2 Maximum Dogs/Cats or combination. Do not allow pets to relieve themselves on neighboring lawns. Please leash and pick-up after your pets always.

Social

Common courtesy encouraged always. HOA does not involve themselves in neighbor disputes or issues, please communicate with your neighbors.

Parking

Inside your garage or within your driveway. No long-term parking around the pool, nor parking on lawns or sidewalks are permitted.
